24th June 1831 Wrapper from Birmingham to Bordeaux France, with a super Paid at Birmingham hand stamp boxed in red. There is a light manuscript red 6d charge mark.
On the reverse is a fine red Birmingham town date stamp.
Condition, Good but does have horizontal filling fold.
