UK Delivery Charges

For stamps & Postal history

Orders up to the value of £20 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class at a rate of £1.25. No compensation.

Orders valued between £21 - £50 will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class signed for at a rate of £2.50. Up to £50 compensation.

​

Orders valued £51 and above will be dispatched via Royal Mail special delivery at a rate of £7.00. Up to £2,500 compensation.

International Delivery Charges

Standard International postage is at a rate of £2.75 and orders are sent uninsured, at your own risk. Shaftesbury Philatelics will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged when shipping overseas.

 

International Tracked & Signed is available for any overseas order at a rate of £8.00.

PLEASE NOTE: All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

In the unlikely event that the item arrives not as described or has a fault it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days, providing it is in the same condition as when it was sent.

​

The buyer pays the return postage.

 

Shaftesbury Philatelics does not operate a free returns policy and the return postage will be paid for by the buyer.
